Where do we ship?
Currently, we ship anywhere within the US. If you are from another country and would like to place an order, please contact us directly.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
We ship via USPS, which is $2.77. For any orders that need to be rushed, please reach out to us directly and we will rush your order and give you a total of how much it will cost.
When will my order be shipped?
We strive to have our orders filled within 2 business days of it being placed. Please note that some of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and custom made. The average time for these pieces are about 2 weeks, but differ between the products. We will let you know once the order has been placed how long it will be to custom make your piece. If you have any questions about our custom pieces, please contact us directly.
Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?
Of course! Just be sure to enter it correctly when placing your order. If you make a mistake or need to change your shipping address before the order is shipped, please contact us directly.
Why are my purchases being shipped in multiple shipments?
If you order a custom made piece along with other jewelry, we will ship out what we have in stock ASAP. The custom piece will be sent out when it is ready.
Returns & Exchanges
Where can I return or exchange my order?
Please email us directly and we will process the return or exchange for you. Returns or exchanges for any merchandise purchased through one of our retailers should be handled at our retailers.
Return & Exchange Policy
• Merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
• We do not accept requests for returns on customized items, and accept request for exchanges of these items on a case by case basis.
• Returns and exchanges for items purchased at retailers should be handled through our retailers.
• Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment.
• In the event that you have received a defective or otherwise damaged product please notify us directly
• Refunds and replacements will not be processed until we have received the returned product.
• Jessica Ricci Jewelry reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges in situations that are reasonably determined to be fraudulent or do not comply with our policies.
